Welcome to Top One Futures, a trade name of Top One Futures, LLC (the “Company”). The Company provides you (“you” or the “Trader”) with a limited license to use the services (the “Services”) offered by the Company subject to the terms and conditions contained herein (the “Agreement”).This Agreement is a legally binding contract, and you have a duty to read this Agreement before accessing or using the Services offered by the Company. By using the Services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement.The Company reserves the right to suspend, replace, modify, amend, or terminate this Agreement at any time and within its sole and absolute discretion. In the event The Company replaces, modifies, or amends this Agreement, your continued use of the Services after a change in the Effective Date of said changes will constitute your agreement to any replacement, modification, or amendment to this Agreement.

1. Introduction
By using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms establish the rules governing your participation in our trading programs and your use of our website and services.
2. User Eligibility
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our services.
  • You confirm that you are legally allowed to participate in simulated trading and that doing so does not violate any laws in your country.
  • You acknowledge that trading involves significant financial risk and that Top One Futures does not provide investment advice.
3. Account Integrity & Security
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring they are not shared or misused.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify Top One Futures immediately.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering and keep your account details up to date. The use of different emails to open multiple accounts is a strict violation
4. Prohibited Trading Practices
To maintain a fair trading environment, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
  • Exploiting platform errors or price discrepancies.
  • Using inside information or engaging in front-running.
  • High-frequency trading (HFT) or tick scalping (holding trades for less than 10 seconds).
  • Hedging accounts against each other or arbitraging trades between accounts.
  • Copy trading, signal-following, or group trading with external accounts.
  • Gambling or reckless trading, including excessive leverage, over-risking, or large position sizes relative to account norms.
  • Using bots, Expert Advisors (EAs), or automated trading systems.
  • Rolling or churning accounts—creating multiple accounts to pass some while letting others fail.
  • Trading in a way that harms our relationships with brokers.
Violating these rules may result in account termination, forfeiture of profits, and removal from our platform without a refund.
5. Withdrawals & Profit Sharing
  • Withdrawals are processed through the available payment options, which may change over time.
  • Profit splits and withdrawal limits are outlined on our website and may be updated periodically.
6. Market Execution & Platform Use
  • Top One Futures operates independently from brokers. All pricing and trade executions are provided by our broker partners.
  • Market conditions, technology issues, or broker disruptions may impact trade execution, and we are not responsible for such events.
7. Subscription & Payments
  • Subscription fees apply to access challenge accounts, and payments must be made in full before trading begins.
  • Subscriptions may automatically renew, and it is the trader’s responsibility to manage renewal settings.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing, subscription plans, and payment terms at any time.
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
You pay a fee for an attempt at the Trading Challenge. The provision of this Challenge is a service. Since services are being rendered instantaneously upon purchase, there are no refunds. All transactions made are final. If you are purchasing a challenge through Top One Futures, LLC you are doing so in acknowledgement that you will not be refunded.
9. Code of Conduct & Professionalism
  • Traders must communicate respectfully with Top One Futures staff and community members.
  • Disparaging, false, or misleading statements about Top One Futures are strictly prohibited, including on review platforms, social media, or forums.
  • Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of profits.
10. Compliance & Legal Restrictions
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws related to trading in your jurisdiction.
  • We reserve the right to terminate any trader found guilty of fraud, financial misconduct, or regulatory violations.
  • We may share trader performance data with third-parties for risk management procedures.
11. Limitation of Liability
  • Top One Futures shall not be held accountable for any losses incurred during trading, including but not limited to losses caused by hardware or software failure, communication line failure, unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, severe or extraordinary market conditions, or other causes commonly associated with futures trading.
  • Trading is at your own risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
12. Dispute Resolution
  • Clients who improperly dispute charges or request chargebacks with their bank will be permanently banned from the Platform. Please contact our email support if you have any questions.
  • By using our services, you waive any right to class-action lawsuits.
13. Changes to Terms & Conditions
  • Top One Futures reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  • We encourage traders to review these terms periodically to stay informed.
14. Intellectual Property & Data Usage
  • All content, trademarks, and proprietary information on our platform remain the exclusive property of Top One Futures.
  • Traders grant Top One Futures the right to use their trading performance, name, and image for promotional and educational purposes.
15. Termination & Service Suspension
Either party may cancel this agreement at any time for any reason.
